The project for the client was covering all branches like energy supplier, vehicle manufacture, authority, personal procurement, food-segmentation and security industry. Addressing and development of White Space Accounts in CEE-countries, Net New Business. The project started in March 2013 in Bulgaria.
Solution
- Net New Business Accounts profits (Address procurement+ Profiling)
- Within Phase 2 „Business Service Management“ and Software Testing (also SW Testing by the help of the Cloud“)
- Lead Gen/Demand Gen (BVS)
Results
