A the Annual Meeting of the Internet Governance Forum, the president of France, Emmanuel Macron announced the Paris Call for Trust and Security in Cyberspace, which urges for the creation of international internet norms against cyber criminality. The document of the initiative lays out nine goals, like the implementation of international law and human rights in cyberspace, the involvement of governments, private companies and individuals in the fight against cybercrime, prevention from unauthorized intervention at elections and the strengthening of cyber security as a whole.
“We strongly believe that the Paris Call, with its principles, has the opportunity to make the companies’ digital journey more secure and resistant to cyber-attacks” commented Nikolay Zhivankin, Head of Quality and Security and co-founder of BULPROS.
